My passion for elderly care began in 2002 as an overnight Certified Nursing Assistant. Over the years, I gained experience as a Health Unit Coordinator, Universal Worker, Registered Nurse, assisted living Director, and dialysis nurse manager. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and leadership in senior healthcare. I believe every resident deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, receiving the same level of care and attention that we would provide to our own loved ones. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family while camping, fishing, kayaking, four-wheeling, and riding motorcycles.
